Everything was great, the room are lovely and the bars etc are great. Have stayed here 3 times since December and had honestly thought that I had found a home from home hotel in London to which I could return time and time again but unfortunately Breakfast is a disaster and I really cant stand the stress of starting the day on the wrong food. Service is slow, food is always cold, staff are surly and supervisor argumentative and stand offish when we complained. We spoke to Diana on reception who assured us that she would investigate and come back to us when we got home, as expected never heard another word so wont be returning. I have found another hotel close by, One Aldwych, which is so much nicer, privately owned and so much more accommodating.

We can't rate this hotel highly enough. I wanted somewhere "cool" to take my 19 year old daughter for her first trip to London and The Nomad exceeded all of our expectations. I am an interior designer and was blown away by the interiors especially the attention to detail. There was not an unfluffed cushion to be seen and there was beauty around every corner !!! The staff and concierge services especially were excellent as was the location. The room was impeccable and the bathroom was the best I have ever experienced in a London hotel - huge shower!! Beds incredibly comfortable and we havd a very quiet room at the back of the hotel looking over a quaint little lane ;) I will def be staying here again.

Loved this hotel. Very London. Excellent design, emotive, engaging and comfortable. The hotel has a very appealing restaurant. The Library was a great place to read [yes you heard correctly, read], eat and or grab a drink. The room we had was very enjoyable, it was great. You could easily kick back in your room, much more than just a place to rest the head. Beds fantastic. Bathroom excellent. Underfloor heating. Shower great size. Toilet separate. Service was understated and professional. Location was exceptional, close to everything funky, while also accessible to major cultural and entertainment hubs.

Staff couldn't do enough for you and the hotel itself is beautifully executed and to the highest standards. No noises heard at all from the room, despite there being bars and restaurants in the building - and the food was lovely and the service impeccable - every little detail was thought through and even the bathroom floor had underfloor heating which was JUST the right temperature and perfect on the feet. The shower was LOVELY, bed was comfy and the TV has chromecast. What else can I say? - would stay again.

From the moment we walked in, the property feels like an oasis with a dark, moody lobby overlooking a stunning atrium with the restaurant below. Every staff member we encountered was professional and friendly. The food we ate on property was all top notch including their bar and Mexican restaurant on property, Side Hustle. The room service options were strong and again staff was always friendly and professional. I truly cannot fault a single aspect of the experience.
